Press Release Summary = Runners mistakenly think that they have to travel to the
Rocky Mountains or other remote areas for retreats and camps, but Philadelphia's
Fairmount Park offers a hidden gem in the middle of a major East Coast city.

Press Release Body = Norristown, PA (April 9, 2007) - From June 22nd through the
24th, a weekend running camp for adults will be organized by 2L Coaching Services
and hosted by Chestnut Hill College. During this long weekend retreat, runners will
meet to learn about training, racing, nutrition, strength training, injury
prevention, and other areas related to running.

Most runners believe that they need to travel to isolated areas in the United States
to find tranquil locations for running. This weekend retreat offers many of the
alluring aspects of less developed areas - an escape from crowded streets, shaded
trails, and picturesque scenery - along with the conveniences of a major city like
Philadelphia.

The Wissahickon Creek section of Fairmont Park will serve as the primary training
area for participants. Forbidden Drive provides over five miles of shaded traffic
free trail, and the single track paths that line the valley walls offer a more
challenging option for runners seeking a more rugged workout. The park is located
across the street from the college. Its popularity is such that local high school
and college teams will drive to the park to take advantage of the soft surface,
cooler conditions in the valley, and escape from battling vehicular traffic.

Fairmont Park is not the only ideal training area within jogging distance of the
Chestnut Hill section of Philadelphia. A 1.5 mile jog around Morris Arboretum and
past some sheep and horse farms takes runners to the Green Ribbon Trail, a dirt path
that also follows the Wissahickon Creek in Montgomery County and leads out to Fort
Washington State Park. Bird watchers flock to this historic park to scan for hawks,
but the runners can take advantage of the miles of dirt and grass lines trails as
another area for group runs.

On the campus of Chestnut Hill College, seminars will be offered by staff members as
well as guest speakers. Local participants will have the option of commuting, while
attendees from out of town will have the option of staying on campus in suite style
dormitories. All meals will be included from Friday through Sunday.
